Welcome to the PGC Caddie team! This website will be our avenue for announcements, daily schedule, and other important items. Please save this website to your phone/computer home screen. You will be prompted to access this through our messaging system almost daily. I can certainly help you set this up if you need any additional will help. This is paramount for our team communication.

Wanted to again thank everyone who was able to attend the meeting Saturday. I could sense the excitement for the start of a new era here at PGC. Let’s keep the same excitement going forward!

Just a quick recap:

1. Safety will be our NUMBER ONE priority! COVID-19 is not over. We must abide to all protocol. In addition, safety out on the course is super-important. Simply put, if you get hurt, you cannot work, therefore you can’t make money.
2. Please refer to your course overview handout to get familiar/re-familiarize the protocol on every hole.
3. Accountability for club rules. You will soon get a copy of these rules via email and you will sign off. Remember, if you decide to break these rules, you can get banned from the property. Please do the right thing.
4. We are here to create a new culture. As your leader, I plan to be a coach-type manager. I have an open-door policy, so if you EVER have any questions or concerns, I am readily available to be there for you.
5. Our appearance is crucial to the success of the program. We want you to look sharp each and every time you come through the gates of the property. Well groomed, clean uniforms, good hygiene, etc. We must look the part to provide world-class service. Remember, first impressions are everything in this business.
6. We also talked about tomorrow’s (Monday) event. This will be a group from Buckhead Christian Ministries. I will send an additional post following this with the anticipated lineup and report times. Tee times will start at 10:00 off of both holes 1 and 10 and run through 11:50. there will be 23 groups as of now. This event will set the tone for the season beginning October 1st. Lets show the golf staff what we are made of and most of all, serve the participants in the event.

In closing, I too am very excited of my new role and it is my wish that everyone buys in to make the program the best around. I intend to feed off of you for support and fully expect you all to do so as well.
